The MC After 3 After School Program has been implemented in Morgan County, WV for students in grades 6th through 12th grades. The program is availalble at WArm Springs Middle School and Berkeley Springs High School because these schools have been identified by the WV Board of Education as the schools with the lowest academic success in the county and there are social economic factors that affect student academic performance at these locations.
